I once had this plan, it doesn't survive. It's hard to get them into bed totally sober, even after a bunch of dates and clear horniness. pay attention to their intake so you can testify to that. (most recent girl of mine had part of one glass of wine, I had two fingers of whiskey) and make them do some of the work. (she reached into my pants and grabbed my junk) Remember these details and other clear signals given, things stated and done, they do matter in court. out of court, nothing matters, you can only hope to not become a media case.
